It comes with 4 sizes of the green coloured tip for ear wax clearing.There are extra feature for enlargement of the image. Also able to shoot photo inside the ear. I took a photo shoot on my ear drum. I am impress with the clarity of the image produced. My previous ENT specialist can't even produce such a photo to show me.
